The firm’s business department has a proven track record serving wineries and ABC-licensed establishments such as hotels, restaurants and retail businesses with regard to the laws and regulations for the California ABC and the federal Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau. Our agricultural practice gives us a unique depth of expertise in assisting our clients in the wine industry in matters such as custom crush agreements, grape crop purchase agreements, vineyard lease agreements, management and winemaker/ consulting agreements.
